Run & Reps with elite running coach Sam Barnes
Every Wednesday @ Uncommon Liverpool Street or Uncommon Borough
Sam Barnes, holder of the 1-mile record for the Serpentine running club, and sub 2:30 marathon runner, will lead weekly Run & Reps classes to help Uncommon members increase their speed and strength in preparation for Runcommon, or any other running event they might have in 2020!
Ultimate Recovery Workshop
Tuesday 4 February @ Uncommon Liverpool Street
Taking care of yourself is the best thing you can do for you and for your family and friends. Discover the 4 key areas for ultimate recovery to allow you to unlock greater energy, productivity, and maintain better mental and physical health. We will be covering: sleep hygiene, optimal training, nutrition and mindfulness.
Runners Strength & Mobility
Wednesday 12 February @ Uncommon Liverpool Street
It sounds odd, but you need to do a lot more than just run to prepare yourself for a run! Not enough people prepare their body to run. Proper mobility allows joints and muscles to work optimally, and necessary strength exercises allow for greater speed & stamina. The combination of the two make for injury-free training and quicker race times.
