FAQ

What is the cost for additional hour hire?  

Pricing is dependant on location chosen, our Events team will be happy to discuss and provide personalised costs for your Event.

What time can we access the space?

Private access is available from 5pm, on-site access available from 3pm on the day for up to 3 organisers.

Can we use our own caterer? 

Yes of course, we will just need Public Liability Insurance, Food Hygiene and PAT Testing Certification sent for any caterers used.

Can we supply our own bar or drinks?

Bar service and drinks can only be provided by our wonderful Uncommon team and drinks suppliers – we can offer bespoke quotes for your requirements.

Can I provide my own Entertainment?

Yes of course, we will just need Public Liability Insurance and PAT Testing Certification from your entertainment suppliers. Otherwise we have a range of entertainers available.

Is staffing included in my Event Space hire?

Yes, 1 x Uncommon staff member is included in the cost of your space hire. Additional staffing for waiting/bar service can be added on request at additional cost.

What AV is included in my Event?

Fully integrated sound system, handheld microphones, radio microphones and lastly the ability to play your own playlist/music if needed.

Can I add additional AV to my Event?

Yes, please discuss with our friendly Events Team for additional costs.

Do I have additional time for Event break down?

Yes, we allow for an additional 30 minutes after your Event finish time.
