You can choose from our roof garden, Zen Studio, outdoor terrace or one of the contemporary stylish café lounges.

Events are a great way to bring the Uncommon community together. We host and promote an array of events every month – from fitness classes to networking sessions that build lasting connections. We recently hosted our Instagram Wellness Festival, featuring a range of influencers that discussed topics such as breathwork, benefits of CBD oil, plant-based diets and much more.

Members Events

We host Tea Times, Breakfast, Drinks, lunchtime yoga and evening yoga/boxing classes. Please refer to the members newsletter for your site specific timetable of events.

We offer unique spaces, both indoors and outdoors, that are bright, airy and flexible. It’s not just the space we offer, but a range of services to go alongside it to allow a smooth running of your event. We have catering and drink options available, staff hire, equipment hire… whatever the requirement may be, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We have 4 locations, each of which have their own character and space for hire.

Liverpool Street – An large outdoor rooftop with stunning views of the London skyline and a stylish and spacious café lounge.  It’s a minute’s walk from Liverpool Street station – perfect if you have lots of guests commuting for your event.

Fulham – A flexible Zen Studio, private outdoor patio area, and contemporary, design-led café lounge focused around a large indoor Ficus tree is all a four minute walk from Putney Bridge tube station.

Borough – A large outdoor rooftop terrace with fantastic views of The Shard and across London as well as a contemporary and bright café lounge, only a minute from Borough tube station and five minutes from London Bridge station.

Highbury & Islington – Host your event in our bright and spacious event space, with great design details, access to bar and presentation facilities and a cosy outdoor courtyard – perfect for those summer BBQ’s.
