Workshops are an essential tool for successful teams and businesses because, when run well, they are the most efficient and rewarding way to create and collaborate. However, where and how we facilitate workshops is changing and we think it’s time to find ways to use the technology we have and learn the skills to collaborate brilliantly online.
The Remote Workshop Workshop will introduce you to multiple digital environments and teach you how to apply creativity and design thinking tools in a virtual space. They’ll also show you how to create and maintain energy and focus, along with techniques for managing challenging participants, which takes a markedly different form, to when you facilitate in person.
You don’t need a blog, podcast, a best-selling book or even a website to become a high performing coach or consultant. If you’re worried about getting burned by business coaches or don’t have the time or patience to invest in building a following on social media, then this workshop is the thriving coaching business-building approach you need.
Ryan Mathie will draw upon his experience from building two 6-figure Coaching and Consulting businesses to offer you a complete, step-by-step system for turning your Coaching and Consulting business into a high-performing purpose-driven business in 90 days or less.
