This is a varied and hands-on role which involves playing an integral part in the employee relations area of Uncommon, working at a strategic and an operational level and driving business initiatives. This role will form a strong partnership with the Executive Management Team to drive the execution of key People related strategies so having a commercial and business focused approach is of the essence.
