How can I pay for my meeting room?
The simplest way to pay is by card payment via our website. For Meeting Room bookings booked 1 + week in advance we also accept payment by BACS. Please email the Events team – [email protected] to make your booking in this case.
I can’t book online, what to do next?
The easiest way to make your bookings is on our website. If you do need to speak to our team please contact the building you are interested in booking and press option 3 to speak with the events team.
What is included in my meeting room hire?
All Meeting Rooms have Large TV Screen and Click-share for screen sharing – excluding the Snug at Uncommon Fulham. We also include Water, Snacks, Flip-charts and Pens.
Can I hire additional equipment for my meeting room booking?
Yes, please note that additional items are subject to availability and may be subject to additional costs.
Do you provide catering for my meeting room booking?
Yes, the catering menu is available to view here. To order your items please email the Events team, [email protected]. This has to be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Is tea or coffee included in my meeting room hire?
No but it is possible to order at an additional cost.
Can I cater for my own meeting room booking?
Yes, exceptions apply and a supplement fee to use our equipment may apply.
Can I supply my own alcohol to my meeting room booking?
No, due to licensing we are only able to supply alcohol on your behalf. Please contact [email protected] for our drinks menu.
Will my meeting room booking allow for communal indoor/outdoor Uncommon space access?
No, our spaces are popular so to allow access you will need to purchase a day pass here.
What is the cancellation policy?
Meeting Room bookings of guests under 20 have a 48-hour cancellation policy, payments will be refunded outside of this time. Meeting Room bookings for over 20 guests have a 7-day cancellation policy and will be refunded outside of this time. To cancel your booking please contact [email protected].
Can I book a meeting room at the weekends?
Yes, although please note our Uncommon team are not on site. Please contact the events team for more information – [email protected].
