What is the earliest I can access the room hire from?
Private access is available from 5pm, on-site access available from 3pm on the day for up to 3 organisers.
Does the finish time include Event break time?
Yes, we allow additional time for Event Break Down.
Can I use my own caterer?
Yes – we are happy for you to supply your own caterer. We will need Public Liability Insurance, Food Hygiene and PAT Testing Certification sent for any caterers on site.
Can we supply our own bar or drinks?
Bar service can only be provided by Uncommon. We have a range of options and can offer bespoke quotes for your requirements, if needed.
Is staffing included in my Event?
We provide a minimum of 1 x staff member for your Event. Additional staffing for waiting/bar service can be added on request at additional cost.
Is there a service fee when booking an Event?
No service fees are added on to the costs.
What AV is included in my Event?
Fully integrated sound system, handheld microphones, radio microphones. Ability to play your own playlist/music if needed.
Can I bring in my own Entertainment for my Event?
Yes – we are happy for you to supply your own Entertainment. We will need Public Liability Insurance and PAT Testing Certification sent for any Entertainment on site.
