Festive Prosecco & Pizza Venue Hire Packages 

Fulham or Highbury – £20 per person + VAT 
Liverpool Street – £25 per person + VAT 
(Rent a table or section of space) 

1. Events Under 25 Guests – available for Uncommon members only  

  • A minimum of 10 guests is required 
  • The team will complete all event set-up prior to guest arrival. 
  • Uncommon Team will not be present during the event to supervise it. 
  • Guests will have exclusive use of their reserved space for the duration of the booking. 
  • Additional drinks may be pre-ordered and set up before arrival. 
  • Further drinks may be purchased at the Honesty Bar. 

2. Events Over 25 Guests – available for internal and external hire 

  • The event will be supported by an on-site team member for the duration. 
  • Costs include out-of-hours cleaning and set-up prior to guest arrival. 
  • Additional drinks can be pre-ordered and delivered throughout the evening. 
  • Further drinks may be purchased at the Honesty Bar. 

3. Food 

  • All pizzas must be ordered directly by the client using discount code provided. 

4. General 

  • Prices are exclusive of VAT. 
  • Minimum numbers and booking confirmation apply for all reservations. 
  • Any damages or excessive cleaning beyond the standard service may incur additional charges. 
  • Venue management reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time.
