In this space, we can invite in change and room for new ideas. Spring has always been a time when we are gifted more energy to take action in our lives. With the power of the Super Full Moon and our breath, we will begin by reflecting and setting intentions of what no longer is working in our lives. Through an active breath, we will go inward and work to let go of what’s no longer serving us so we can plant seeds for the future. When we hold space for one another as a group, we can strengthen the power of our intentions.

You will need a blanket or mat and an extra blanket to cover up with, a white candle to light, any incense you have to hand, a piece of paper and pen, any crystals, stones, feathers or something sacred or symbolic.
