Making Mental Health talk common #TimeToTalkDay

Mental health issues affect one in four of us, yet it is a taboo subject that leaves many people feeling alone.

Time to Talk Day encourages us all to be more open about mental health – to talk and listen to those around us. It’s the small steps that can have the power to make a huge difference.

We have put together a guide to direct you to resources that may help you or someone you know:

Mental Health Mates is a network of peer support groups IRL and online, run by people who experience their own mental health issues, meeting regularly to walk, connect and share without fear or judgement. You can learn more about their walks here, and find additional resources here.
