In this workshop organised by Fearless Communicators, International Public Speaking Coach, Eduardo Placer, will give participants the practical, physical and mental hacks needed to present confidently and joyously in front of any audience. Participants will learn how to engage their bodies and voices to turn the fear of public speaking into excitement.

PUPPY YOGA WITH THE MERIT CLUB

Even if you are a complete yoga novice or have the flexibility of a stick, but you LOVE puppies and kittens (…eeerm who doesn’t?!), then you will find this event the perfect way to spend your Saturday Morning.

Pets Yoga is a Yoga Club based in London combining their passion for yoga and their love for pets!

They offer yoga classes in London with pets : puppy yoga classes, kitten yoga classes or baby rabbit yoga classes depending on our mood! You come with your yoga mats, they invite the pets!

Cuddling pets can be beyond stress-relieving! They don’t do yoga with pets but surrounded by pets, all of them are free to move around the yoga attendees, play, and come to cuddle during / between the exercises which is part of their socialisation learning process.

We have partnered with Ride Clean – a mobile bike cleaning and health check service, arriving at your office, ready to clean your bike while you work. They’ll provide a full clean of your bike (including frame, wheels, brake pads, degrease of chain and cassette as well as re-lube of chain with appropriate lubricant for the conditions and health check of tyres), highlighting any potential areas that need special attention and allowing you to keep moving with peace of mind.

Cost £25 with £1 from every clean going to The Bike Project, which repairs old bikes for refugees.

Are you are learning the language, hoping to travel to China, working or planning to start working with China, this talk is a great way to experience and learn more about the Chinese culture and its people.

Come and learn about the Chinese Dragon Boat Festival, the traditional Chinese celebration that traces back to more than 2,000 years ago, where Chinese people commemorate Qu Yuan (340 – 278 BC), an ancient Chinese patriotic poet.

Learn more about the tradition’s history, its legends, customs and the food.
