F45 Training

Have you tried F45 training yet? It’s an intensive cardio and resistance work out loved by the likes of Hugh Jackman and Nicole Richie. Having launched in Australia in 2014, F45 Training opened in London in autumn 2016. F45 are group classes with about 10-20 attendees and two fitness instructors. It’s 45 minutes of high interval training split into 45 second workout periods followed by 15 second breaks. If you’re looking for something intense, look no further. Jane Dowling founded Fitness For Everybody, which is a boutique private studio. An ex-gymnast, Dowling has trained the likes of Catherine Zeta-Jones and fashion designer Roland Mouret. Jane and her team offer one-to-one personal training at the studio, specialising in general fitness, yoga, rehabilitation, weight loss, pre and post-natal exercise, postural stability and power plate.
